Safar Travel and Tour acts as a facilitator and travel agent, arranging flights, accommodation, transport, visas, and tour packages on your behalf through airlines, hotels, and other third-party suppliers. Services provided by such third parties are subject to the third party's own terms and conditions.
A booking is confirmed only once the applicable advance payment has been received and confirmation has been shared with you. Full and final payment must be made as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking. Prices quoted are subject to change until full payment is received, due to factors such as airfare fluctuation, currency exchange rates, or supplier pricing changes.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, appropriate visas, and any required health documentation for their trip. Safar Travel and Tour can guide and assist with this process, but final responsibility for meeting entry requirements of the destination country rests with the traveller.
While we plan itineraries carefully, certain elements (such as flight timings, hotel availability, or local conditions) may change due to circumstances outside our control. We will inform you of material changes as soon as we become aware of them.
Safar Travel and Tour is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.
Safar Travel and Tour's liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of independent third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or transport operators.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
